Doggie Cam Instructions

Vista & XP Users Initial Setup Process:

1. In Internet Explorer select Tools
2. Select Internet Options
3. Select Security
4. Select Trusted Sites
5. Click the Sites button
6. Add this website to the zone: http://70.89.251.27
7. Remove the check mark from Require server verification (https: for all sites in this zone) and hit close
8. Select Custom Level
9. Start at ActiveX Controls and Plug Ins and Select enable for all devices up to Downloads*
10. Do not change any settings for Downloads

Additional Setup Requirements for Vista Users

1. In Control Panel select User Accounts
2. Select Turn User Account Control
3. De-select Use User Account Control to help protect your computer
4. Restart machine

To View Doggie Cams:

1. In Internet Explorer enter 70.89.251.27
2. Select Remote Live Viewer
3. Enter User: customer
4. Enter Password: doggy
5. On right side of screen select each of three cameras
6. After viewing for a period of time, view of camera will stop. Reselect each of the three cameras to view activity.

 *Once you have enabled Windows to view the cameras, it is recommended that you go back into Internet Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level, ActiveX Controls and Plug Ins and reset defaults to Medium.
